Autumn palette in a cup of tea!
Are you familiar with waking up in the morning feeling cold, the weather - depressing, your mood - even more so...?
Autumn has pushed summer away, strewn the leaves of the trees in disarray on the sidewalks, settled comfortably outside my window. I yawn. I can see the blur of colors outside. I need urgent sleep.
As a first choice I instinctively reach for "Green tea, ginger and lemon" - what better way to spend a perfect autumn morning? With a supplement like ginger and regular intake, tea is guaranteed to improve digestion, fight viruses and infections, and help dew the brain. A specific property of ginger is also to unlock the taste buds so that the flavour of each individual ingredient can be much more fully experienced. And in combination with lemon - it helps to release toxins in the body and speeds up metabolism.
Cherry tea would be my next choice - as an alternative, I should stress (not as second on my list). With an intense, rich and complex sweet-tart taste of red berries, the aroma transports me to a moment in my childhood; reviving a distant memory of a morning breakfast with a cup of tea and a slice of buttered jam. There is a hint of hibiscus, a plant known for its medicinal properties.
ists. I know from experience that if drunk more often, cherry and hibiscus tea lowers blood pressure and normalizes cholesterol levels. And that, in itself, is a prerequisite for good health and condition.
Authentic gourmet for my senses is tea "Rooibos, strawberries and cream". The rooibos plant is the most valuable ingredient in this exotic composition. Its systemic intake favours all processes in the human organism, its antioxidant action inhibits cellular ageing and counteracts allergies and hay fever. In this combination, the tea creates a sensation of fresh strawberries with a delicate splash of cream, served under the rays of the summer sun.
For fans of "morning" cocoa and as a brilliant alternative to coffee I recommend a cup of hot tea "Cocoa.". Cocoa nibs and orange peel mixed with Pu er create an eccentric, complex and elegant taste that not only awakens but also prepares the senses for delight as only chocolate can. An invitation to a cookie or a piece of chocolate. The aroma is needless to say - perhaps the most luxurious and slightly unconventional I have ever encountered in the "tea" category. Kids will love it too.
Already sleepy, I look out the window again. The cup of aromatic tea has already changed the perspective. Suddenly the colours outside are more saturated, every leaf seems to be in its place in the peculiar autumn palette. I realize that autumn is perhaps the most beautiful season. After this rearrangement of thoughts, the day begins to look promising.
