CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our goal is to provide excellent customer service. Please use this page to find answers to any queries you may have. If you can't find what you're looking for, don't hesitate to contact us on 0885824979 between 9:00 and 17:30 or by using the contact us form on the right hand side of the page. We aim to respond to all inquiries submitted via the contact form within 2 working days. If your inquiry is related to the cancellation or amendment of a current order, please contact us by phone so that we can try to respond before the dispatch.

Delivery of your order:

  • standard delivery of an order to Bulgaria is 3 working days;
  • express delivery of an order to Bulgaria takes up to 2 working days.

Delivery costs in Sofia

If you placed an order with a delivery address in the city of Sofia, you have three options:

  • free delivery for products worth over BGN 70 within two working days;
  • standard delivery for products worth less than BGN 70 in the period of up to three working days with a price that will be calculated according to SPIDI courier rates depending on the weight and place of delivery;
  • express delivery regardless of the amount of your order (working days only) with a price which will be calculated according to the rates of courier SPIDI depending on the weight and place of delivery.

Please note that large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.
This will be discussed with you prior to dispatch of your order.

Delivery costs outside the territory of Bulgaria and the EU.

International delivery terms for your shipment will be discussed with you in advance before your order is shipped. It is important to familiarize yourself in advance with the conditions of the local customs administration in the country where you will receive your shipment. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the costs. We cannot reimburse costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. Contact your local customs office in advance for the best advice.

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding transport charges) for all packages delivered outside the EU. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes that are collected after a shipment reaches your country.

There are various reasons for this to happen and to help you contact us so we can react as quickly as possible.

There is an incorrect product in My Order

Please contact us to clarify the issue. In the event that we send you a product that is different from what is listed on your invoice, we will replace it or refund the amount you paid for it.

"My order" arrived damaged

We do everything necessary to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If there is still a problem with defective or damaged goods, please contact us so we can help you as quickly as possible. You can do it on the indicated phones or on our e-mail.

Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item and the outer packaging. Products must be unwrapped and unused.

Product return

If you wish to return a product you have purchased from us, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your shipment, provided it has not been opened, consumed or used. The product must be in its original packaging. You must provide a specific reason for the return. Please contact us before returning the product. The product must be returned to the following address: Sofia, Ivan Geshov Blvd. 2E, Serdika Business Center, Building 1, Floor 2, Room 208.

Please note that we will not refund your courier costs for returned goods. Return costs will be at your expense.
